WHAT SIZE ARE THE PRINTS?

The size of The Birth Print and The Duo Birth Print is 50x70 centimetres (19.7x 27.5 inches).

CAN I GET TRACKING INFO FOR MY SHIPMENT?

Yes. When the print is printed, you will receive an email with tracking
number so you can find the delivery status of your print.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

After you accept our draft we will send it off to the printers, at this point of printing you are not able to cancel or change your order.

CAN I RETURN MY PRINT AND GET REFUNDED?

It is not possible to return personalized products, so we do not accept returns when the items are neither faulty nor damaged.

MY PRINT IS DAMAGED?

Please send an explanation of any damages you can see and together with a photo of the damaged print to: emailthebirthprint@gmail.com. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to provide appropriate proof. Once confirmed we will print and ship a new print as soon as we can.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Production time for each Birth Print is up to 10 business days and standard shipping times is 6-7 working days.

Note: Due to COVID, there can be delays.

WHERE DOES THE COMPANY OPERATE FROM?

The Birth Print is Australian Owned & Operated. Our office is located in Melbourne.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal etc.

IS DELIVERY FREE?

Yes, delivery is free Australia wide.
